Speech and Language Therapist - Full Time - South East London - January Start
Are you a resilient and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist looking to help shape the lives of young autistic individuals?
We are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to work full time at a special needs school based in South East London. You will be assisting across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a new independent special needs school starting in January, with an aim to create a safe and vibrant community where each learner can unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Develop personalised strategies to support a child's individuals needs
- Provide training to educational professionals so they can identify the signs of speech, language and communication needs to support them appropriately
- Work closely with children and young people and their families/carers to provide tailored support
This school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station, making for an easy commute to and from work.
