Job Title: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school located in the heart of Westminster, London. Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, both in and outside the classroom.
- Collaborate with the class teacher to implement individualised learning plans for students with SEN.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with the development of appropriate learning resources.
- Support students during various activities, ensuring their engagement and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in education or special education are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
