Reeson Education is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming EYFS class in a lovely mainstream primary school in the M40 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant role is to begin as soon as possible, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
* Work as a Teaching Assistant within the EYFS classroom, supporting all areas of learning.
* Assist with daily routines, creative play, phonics, and early number work.
* Offer targeted support to pupils with developing language, communication, or motor skills.
* Be hands-on with sensory and outdoor learning activities.
* Support the class teacher to maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment.

The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
* Be a kind, patient, and creative Teaching Assistant with a passion for early years.
* Have experience supporting pupils within an EYFS or nursery setting.
* Be confident supporting early communication, phonics, and physical development.
* Be adaptable, proactive, and a great team player.
* Have a natural love of learning and helping children thrive.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
* Right to work in the UK.
* References covering the last 2-3 years.
* A strong commitment to supporting EYFS learners as a Teaching Assistant.
