Pay: £80 - 100 per day dependant on experience (weekly pay)

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their educational journey? We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Notting Hill, conveniently located near Notting Hill Gate Station.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child in Reception class who has autism. You will play a key role in their early learning development, providing one-to-one support and helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the child's individual needs in the classroom.
  • Implement tailored strategies to aid their communication, social development, and learning progress.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Encourage the child's confidence and independence in a fun and interactive Reception setting.
  • Monitor and track the child's progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in Early Years, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs is essential.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward working with young children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
  • A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning experience for all children.
