Salary: £90 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role - Teaching Assistant (KS1):
- Work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across Year 1 and Year 2.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils in phonics, numeracy, and literacy.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organise learning resources to support lessons and interventions.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
- Have prior experience working in a primary school setting, particularly in KS1.
- Be confident, enthusiastic, and nurturing with a child-centred approach.
- Understand how to support children with varying needs and abilities.
- Be proactive, flexible, and able to work well within a team.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or be willing to apply for one.
