Role Overview - Teaching Assistant:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Provide individual and group support to pupils, including those with additional needs
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support the development of pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress
- Assist with classroom management and general administrative tasks
About You - Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable
- A passion for supporting children's learning and well-being
- Confident, proactive, and patient with excellent communication skills
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
