Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for nursery-aged children.
- Assist with the daily routines and care needs of children, including meal times, toileting, and outdoor play.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive interactions and guided activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that meets the individual needs of each child.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with nursery-aged children, either in a nursery setting or early years education environment.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and well-being.
