Teaching Assistant - Stratford / The Successful Applicant will have;
- A background in Schools SEN support, Community and Care or Youth Worker
- Be flexible, inclusive, able to work with a range of special needs
- Able to work 1-1 with students, building rapport and feeding back to teachers
- Good knowledge of Safeguarding in Schools
- Enthusiastic, motivated, with good communication skills and is a team player
- PECS/Makaton/Signalong/Team Teach or any SEN specific training is desirable but not essential
