Your Role as a Supply Teacher
Deliver Engaging Lessons
- Teach pre-planned lessons or adapt materials as a Supply Teacher
- Ensure an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Inspire students with creative and effective teaching strategies
Classroom & Behaviour Management
- Maintain a positive and structured learning atmosphere as a Supply Teacher
- Follow school policies on behaviour and safeguarding
- Build rapport with students and encourage participation
Support & Collaborate
- Work closely with teaching assistants and school staff
- Adapt teaching styles to suit different abilities and learning needs
- Provide feedback on student progress when required
Who We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred for Supply Teachers)
- Experience working in mainstream or SEN settings as a Supply Teacher
- Passionate, adaptable, and confident in different classroom environments
- Strong classroom management and communication skills as a Supply Teacher
- Ability to engage and inspire students in any Supply Teacher role
