Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Didsbury (M20)
Pay Rates: £84-£91 per day
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday
Reeson Education is excited to be working with a vibrant and inspirational primary school in the heart of Didsbury. This school is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support for children with additional needs in a KS1 class. The role includes 1:1 support, group work, and class-based assistance, both inside and outside the classroom.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to children with SEN, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
- Assist in delivering lessons and activities, adapting them to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a nurturing and engaging environment, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies as guided by the teacher.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness.

Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
We're looking for a caring, compassionate individual with a passion for making a difference in children's lives. Experience supporting children with SEN is ideal, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
This full-time role is a long-term opportunity with potential for a school-based contract.
