What You'll Be Doing as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

- Encourage Communication: Use specialised tools such as PECS or Makaton (if trained) to support pupils in expressing themselves.

- Assist with Sensory Needs: Provide support for sensory regulation and emotional management in line with each child's needs.
- Personal Care Support: Provide personal care where required, ensuring a respectful and nurturing approach.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with SEN: Previous experience working with children with ASD and complex needs, preferably in a school setting.
