Role Highlights for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Salary: £80-£100 per day.

- Location: Various schools across East London, including the borough of Waltham Forest.
Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Support students with SEN, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech Language & Communication needs.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of each student.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to provide comprehensive support for each student.
We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Experience in working with children with SEN within a school setting.
- Knowledge of various SEN and effective support strategies.
- A patient, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
