Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and other staff members to create and implement an effective learning and support plan for the child.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess the pupil's progress, adjusting strategies as needed and communicating developments to the teaching team.
