- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role within a specialist resource base
- Working with children across EYFS - KS2, offering both general class support and 1:1 support
- Supporting children with autism and additional learning needs
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is ideal but not essential
- A strong understanding of special educational needs and autism
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome learning barriers
