Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
- Teach a diverse range of students from EYFS to KS4, based on their individual needs and abilities.
- Deliver a tailored, individualised curriculum that supports the development of each student.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of each learner.
- Work closely with the team of TAs to ensure every student receives the support they require.
- Celebrate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their families.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
