Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: OL10 (Rochdale Area)
Pay Rates: £130 to £180 per day (depending on experience)

Reeson Education is working closely with a wonderful alternative provision in the OL10 postcode to find a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This school supports pupils who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a variety of complex needs, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping these children thrive.
About the SEN Teacher Role:
- You will be teaching small classes of 5 or fewer pupils, ensuring that each child receives individualised attention and support.
- Pupils in the class will be aged 11 to 16 years old, with a range of complex needs that may include SEMH, ADHD, autism, and other learning difficulties.
- The role will involve adapting lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of each student, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
- Full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with the potential for the position to become permanent after a successful probationary period.
The Ideal SEN Teacher will:
- Have experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Be adaptable and creative in their approach to teaching, understanding that no two students learn the same way.
- Be patient, compassionate, and committed to making a difference in the lives of young people facing challenges.
- Have a strong ability to build positive relationships with students, helping them feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Be ready to work as part of a small, dedicated team focused on providing the best possible care and education for each pupil.
