SEN Teacher - Full Time - February Start - South East London

Are you a resilient and compassionate individual? We are currently looking for a SEN Teacher to work full time at a special needs school based in South East London.

This is a new SEN school starting in February with an aim to provide young autistic individuals with a safe and vibrant learning community where each learner can reach their full potential. You will be teaching across Key Stage 1 - Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
  • Adapt teaching style to better suit each individuals needs
  • Know how autism can impact learning and find personalised ways to overcome learning barriers
  • Consistently use positive behaviour techniques when teaching

This SEN school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station, ensuring an easy journey to and from work.
