We are currently looking for a SEN Teacher to work full time at a special needs school in South East London. This special needs school are passionate about going above and beyond for young autistic individuals by creating a safe and happy learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Preparing/planning high quality, engaging lessons
- Adapt teaching style to better suit each learners needs
- Keep parents/caregivers up to date with their child's progress
- Train in and consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies / handling techniques
This special needs school is located only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest station, making your journey to and from work very accessible.
