This special needs school are known for providing their undivided attention to young autistic individuals and young adults with learning difficulties by teaching them on a 1:1 basis, ensuring each student can unlock their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Keeping up to date with the safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies / handling techniques
- Actively consider using a range of appropriate, motivating, age respectfulness resources.
- Ensure personalised approaches to overcoming barriers to learning.
