Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Southwark (Elephant and Castle)
Pay: £42,536 - £50,288 + SEN allowance
Start Date: January 2025

The SEN Teacher role:
- Full-time SEN Teacher role, working with a small class of 6-8 children.
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure the curriculum is accessible to pupils with diverse abilities.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialists to maximise pupil progress.
Requirements for the SEN Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience as an SEN Teacher or working with children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and individualised teaching.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education.
