Reeson Education are looking for a full time, long term receptionist to work within a superb SEN school situated in West Drayton. This fantastic little school looks to support children with ASC, MLD, SLD and SLCN. The school are looking for a hardworking and committed receptionist to help support SLT with the overall main business functions for the school. The school stress the importance of providing a personalised curriculum to meet with the individual needs of each students learning difficulties.
The school receptionist will be responsible for:
- Supporting the business functions for the school
- Greeting students, parents and carers
- Liaise and communicate with the business manager
- Support the SLT with the recruitment process
- Monitor staff attendance
- Responsible for admin and office, premises and ICT staff
- Support school wide changes with the approval of the Headteacher
- Answering incoming calls
- Responding to emails
- Supporting parents with queries
- Visitor management
- Student Support
- Confidentiality
