The Role:
As a Year 3 Primary School Teacher, you will:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the high standards expected by the school.
- Engage with parents and carers to support student progress.
The Ideal Primary School Teacher:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary schools.
- Have Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly Year 3.
- Be passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Committed to professional development and contributing to the wider school community.
