Responsibilities of a PPA Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2, following pre-set plans.
- Adapt to different classes and year groups with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Maintain strong classroom management to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with staff to support students' learning and progress.
- Provide high-quality teaching while ensuring continuity in pupils' education.
What We're Looking For in a PPA Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential for this role.
- Previous experience working across KS1 and KS2 preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and able to build rapport with students and staff.
