The Role - Nursery Practitioner (Level 2)
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
- Support child development through play-based learning and structured activities.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's needs are met.
- Follow the EYFS framework, delivering age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed.
Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Role:
- Level 2 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
