Reeson Education is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to work full-time in day nurseries across Enfield. We are looking for individuals with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare who are passionate about early years education and committed to making a positive impact in children's lives.
Role Highlights for a Nursery Assistant:
- Salary: £13.50 - £15 per hour.
- Location: Day nurseries across Enfield, including Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.
- Working Hours: Full-time, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
- Qualifications: Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Your Role as a Nursery Assistant:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), promoting all areas of development.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of fun and educational activities that encourage learning through play.
- Help children with daily routines, supporting their independence and personal care.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a welcoming nursery environment.
We're Looking For in a Nursery Assistant:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
- A nurturing, positive, and proactive attitude towards childcare.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
