Learning Support Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a Key Stage 1 classroom
- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 child with additional needs
- Lead intervention sessions focusing on phonics and literacy
- Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to support student progress
Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is ideal
- Understanding of SEN and experience supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Passionate about making a difference in a primary school setting
