- Pay: £90 - £100 per day
- Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
- Full-time Learning Support Assistant role working with KS1 pupils
- Supporting children with SEN in 1:1 and small group settings
- Assisting with tailored interventions to enhance learning and development
- Encouraging engagement and confidence through positive reinforcement
- Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement support strategies
Requirements:
- Prior SEN experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with KS1 pupils in a school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for making a positive impact on children's education
