Learning Support Assistant - Year 4 1:1 Support
Reeson Education is actively seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a primary school in Shepherd's Bush, West London. This role involves providing 1:1 support to a boy in Year 4 with challenging behaviour, including kicking and punching. The boy will be based at an SEN provision from Wednesday to Fridays, with Monday and Tuesday at the mainstream site.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a boy in Year 4, addressing challenging behaviours.
- Collaborate with the school team to implement effective strategies for behaviour management.
- Support the boy in the mainstream setting on Monday and Tuesday, transitioning to an SEN provision from Wednesday to Fridays.
To excel as a Learning Support Assistant, you should:
1 Demonstrate significant experience in managing challenging behaviour, particularly kicking and punching.
2 Showcase adaptability to work in both mainstream and SEN provision settings.
