Location: Tower Hamlets, near Stepney Green Station
Salary: £110 - £130 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant ready to step up or an existing HLTA looking for a new challenge.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead whole-class lessons when required.
- Provide targeted support to small groups and individual students.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Support students with additional learning needs.
- Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as an HLTA or a strong background as a Teaching Assistant.
- HLTA qualification (preferred) or equivalent classroom leadership experience.
- Ability to work across different year groups.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
