ECT
REESON Education are very excited for the new academic year as we have some many great opportunities coming in from our client schools. I am currently working with Several clients who are looking to secure ECTs from January 2025. The school are looking for both a year 5 and 6 Teacher; the ideal candidate will need to be confident and experienced in working with this age group. The groups are small (one class 24 and other 26!). They need a Primary School Teacher who will champion their development with energy and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities as an ECT:
- Planning engaging lessons
- Marking classwork
- Safeguarding pupils
- Building great working relationships with pupils
Role requirements of a ECT:
- QTS/NQTS accepted.
- Extensive knowledge of KS1/2 curriculum
- A diverse approach to teaching
- Valid DBS or be willing to have one processed.
