The Role:
- Position: Behaviour Mentor.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
- Location: Waltham Forest, East London.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour. You'll provide encouragement, guidance, and strategies to help them succeed both academically and socially.
Responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:
- Work with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to manage and improve behaviour.
- Help pupils build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve their potential.
- Support classroom learning by working closely with teachers to create an inclusive environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual pupils' needs.
- Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or supporting children with additional needs (e.g., SEMH, ASD, ADHD).
- The ability to build trust and form strong relationships with pupils.
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Flexibility to work across different schools in Waltham Forest.
- A genuine desire to help pupils overcome challenges and succeed in their education.
